Monday March 5th Heading Home made our monthly trip to the Y to visit with our homeless friends. We were joined by 2 new volunteers, Daniel and Ed. Lunch was pizza and tacos, and it was great. We got to visit with some of our old friends we haven't seen in a while. Pastor Mitch led us all in prayer for safety, peace and healing. We are so blessed to have Mitch as a volunteer on our trips to the Y. Next month we will be joined by our friend Andrew and members of his Christian High School honor society to bring additional items for the homeless. We will be doing this on Saturday April 1st instead the first Monday of April.
